      Responsibilities:
      • Manage & supervise digital social media and performance marketing department.
      • Build, plan and implement all digital marketing strategies
      • Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
      • Able to coordinate with Google, Facebook, agency or other third party teams to find out the technical problem and the solution of the problem
      • Measure ROI and KPIs of the company’s digital marketing strategies.
      • Perform Data Analysis to analyze and evaluate marketing spent effectiveness across all digital channels such as Social Media, SEO, SEM

      Requirements:
      • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Digital Technology, or similar fields are favorable.
      • Minimum 5 years of experiences in developing digital marketing
      • Solid knowledge of analytics/campaign performance measurement.
      • Proven ability to manage budgets and attention to detail.
      • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
      • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
      • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
      • High competence in project and stakeholder management.
      • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
